Before cooking, apply vegetable oil to the cooking surface of the pan and preheat it slowly.
For most cooking applications, a low to medium temperature setting is sufficient.
U remember: always use oven gloves to prevent burns when removing cooking utensils from the oven or stove
U after cooking, clean the pan with a nylon brush or sponge and hot soapy water. Do not use harsh detergents and abrasives. (avoid putting the hot pot in cold water. Thermal shock may occur, resulting in warping or cracking of the metal).
The towel should be dried immediately and a thin layer of oil should be applied to the pan when it is hot.
Store in a cool and dry place.

Cleaning Your Enamel Cast Iron
Allow cookware to cool before washing.
Hand wash with warm soapy water to preserve the cookware’s original appearance. Dry the cookware immediately.
Only use plastic or nylon scouring pads to avoid damaging the enamel.
For persistent stains, soak interior of the cookware for 2 to 3 hours
To remove any baked on food residue, boil a mixture of 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons baking soda in the cookware.
Do not up side down the lid on the pot, that means the enamel coating can not touch each other directly, that will cause scratch on surface.
